Very Moist Tofu Brownies
400g tofu (puréed)
200g dark cooking chocolate
1/2c vegetable oil
4T flour...
75g cocoa powder
10T sugar
1t coffee powder
3eggs
Melt the chocolate with the vegetable oil, add sugar and mix till the sugar is melted. Cool a bit then add the eggs one by one and beat well. Add the tofu and the rest of the ingredients. Bake @150° for 50-60 mins. Enjoy.
Bisquick
2c flour
2t baking powder
1/4c salted butter (room temp)
2T mayonnaise...
2T condensed milk
1/2c water
Mix dry ingredients together. Add in the butter using pastry cutter or two knives (I used fork) incorporate til it resembles sand. Pour the water and the condensed milk til it forms a dough that is not sticky. Be careful, don't knead the dough just mix them enough. Shape and bake in a preheated 230° oven for 15 mins. Serve with your favorite dip and cream soup. Enjoy
